3 Ways I Deal with Stress

Every day is stressful in some way, but at times it reaches a peak and it really gets you good. When I reach that peak I'm a wreck. Sweaty palms a racing heart - and then a panic attack!

Here's how I deal with my stress:

  1. For 5 minutes I dismiss all the problems which trigger stress from my mind. I think about all the good things in my life which I’m blessed with. I forget about the negatives and meditate on the positives. It really helps. You reflect on yourself and the panic mode switches to calm mode.

  2. I go out for a long walk. It gives me a sense of serenity. The smell of fresh air - it does absolute wonders to me. Or I just sit on the beach and reflect.

  3. Watch a movie – a comedy. Believe me it works!
