8 minute meditation by Victor N. Davich

The best meditation book I have ever read is 8 minute meditation - Quiet you Mind Change Your Life written by Victor N. Davich.

I've read many meditation books but I feel this is very different from all the others. It has helped me a lot to learn meditation. The practices are presented in a very enjoyable, pleasant and funny way. And it's is not at all complicated, confusing or time demanding.

Everything is simple to do and easy to understand. And you just need 8 minutes each day. Earlier my thoughts were out of control. I always craved for peace in my life. Sometimes to reduce stress I had to consume drugs also.

I often felt that everything was just "ok". But I had the feeling that something was missing and I couldn't make out what it was.

The book provided answers for everything. It made my life happier. It helped me to overcome stress and concentrate on my work. With the help of this book, I was able to resolve many issues and challenges which I was finding very difficult to do.

I got back my lost confidence and felt greater sense of well-being. I've been very happy with the book.

The world is a complicated place to live and each of us are struggling for peace and happiness. 8 minute meditation has helped me to make a place for myself in this world. So I would definitely recommend it to everyone so they can also feel the same.
