Hello, Welcome to Free Meditation Tips - a new monthly Ezine. Imagine you could get through your day feeling calm and relaxed instead of stressed and worn out..... I'd like to use my experience as a meditation practitioner and researcher to help you do exactly that. Here's what I'm planing for each issue.....

How do you know when it's time to stop meditating. Sounds simple.... But it's really not. You can't use an alarm clock for obvious reasons! You could buy a timer. But they can be expensive...... Or you could open your eyes. Check the time every so often..... But if you're like me you'll find that too distracting.....So what's the answer? A meditation timer mp3 Try it out here . This is one of the most useful techniques . You can quickly develop your meditation with it. Practice for 10 to 15 minutes a day and you'll notice some changes quite soon...like less stress and anxiety. Why not have a go? You can learn how
