How do you know when it's time to stop meditating. Sounds simple.... But it's really not. You can't use an alarm clock for obvious reasons! You could buy a timer. But they can be expensive...... Or you could open your eyes. Check the time every so often..... But if you're like me you'll find that too distracting.....So what's the answer?
