Body Meditation

One afternoon we had a body meditation lesson in my psychology class. The Best Stress Release?The type of meditation we were doing with her wasn't really working for me either. The floor had the thinnest carpets thrown on top of cement, and it was really unpleasant to sit on. Especially for that long.I was trying though. There wasn't much else to do besides meditate in a dead silent room with my eyes closed. Once we got up to the stress and negative energy coming out of our elbows, someone thought it would be funny to make a farting noise. The entire class cracked up at once. It doesn't seem that funny now, but apparently it was at the time. The good long laugh took more stress from me than her meditation technique did anyway. Molly E |
