Breathing Meditation for Peace

Breathing meditation is my favorite meditation. I like it because it's a convenient technique I can apply any time of the day.
I usually sit quietly and calmly in my bedroom during the early hours of the morning.
It helps me to hold a peaceful mental stability throughout the day.
I also find it useful to do at the office . At times of stress or anger, I try to concentrate on my breathing and repeat slow and steady breathing a few times.
I learned this meditation technique by attending meditation classes held by a Buddhist monk near my home. It has helped me to become calm and gain control of my mind.
Usually I have no problems in carrying out this meditation. Now and again I have difficulty in concentrating and guiding my mind towards breathing. But if my mind wanders for a second I just relax and bring it back to my breath.
I would say to any one learn this technique and gain control of your mind. Ease your tension and live with more mental strength and peace.
