It doesn't have to be done in a special place or a special way. Just observing your breath or being with nature - watching the birds. This is meditation.

These are the great words spoken by Swami Paramanda who is a great saint. I liked this concept of meditation as awareness of everything very much - and have asked many of my friends to go through this book.

Actually there were many problems in my life, for example when I was about to graduate. I had many of bad habits like drinking. So I just left my studies and started enjoying my life. After the results were announced I found out I'd failed my exams - my parents were very disappointed with the result.

So I thought how can I change things? One of my friends suggested I read the book Concentration and Meditation By Swami Paramanada. I just went through it and practiced what ever he described in the book.

There was a great change in myself and the next year exam results was superb. Myself and my parents were very happy.
