Concentration Breathing Meditation

Meditation is really helpful for all individuals irrespective of their age.

I do meditation regularly and have made it an essential part of my life. As I practice it daily, it has become a habit for me. Every day as soon as I wake up, I sit and meditate for at least twenty minutes.

How I Meditate

The way I meditate is by concentrating on my breathing pattern. I make sure that the breathing is really long.

You take deep breath; wait for a few seconds before exhaling out. This way you have a control over your breathing. You need to check your breathing ensuring that you take deep breath and exhale for longer duration than you usually do.

It is proven that concentrating on your breathing pattern and inhaling and exhaling for longer durations helps in removal of toxins from your body.

Breathing Meditation Controls My Anger

I have been practicing this meditation for more than two years now and it has helped me a great deal. Previously I used to get angry very easily. After I have started to meditate and concentrate on my breathing pattern, I have been able to have a terrific control over my anger and other emotions also.

Now I rarely lose my temper whatever may be the situation. I learnt this type of meditation from one of the programs on television, where one of the Brahma Kumari’s were teaching it and stated that with regular practice most of the habitual disorders could be cured.

I am really thankful to them for teaching this great meditation technique as it is really beneficial. Believe me it has no harmful effects and I would strongly recommend it for each and every individual.

The best time to do this meditation is early in the morning as soon as you wake up. It will brighten up your entire day and help you have a great control over all your emotions.
