Guided Imagery Meditation

I love meditation. Originally I got started with Transcendental Meditation and since then I've had a hunger for all things related.

How I Used Guided Imagery Meditation


What helped me the most though was just guided meditation. I've always had a problem with visualization and could never figure out how to create images that seemed real while meditating. This was especially frustrating since at the time I was studying some techniques with the Kundalini Chakra system. I could never seem to get past the first step because it involved creating a room where the third eye chakra is. (Don't ask me the real name!)

Finally I met a guy talking about guided meditations with several other people. He showed me how it's done. Now I don't even need him I listen to a recording of myself! Since then I have gotten extremley good at this. I'm able to go much deeper. Not only did I get my "safe room" built I have also become better with visualization period.

I'm much happier and anytime I need a boost or to calm down I can ground myself, cleanse my aura and fill it with what I need. Alright! I recommend it to anyone.
