Handling Stress - How I Do it.

Each and every person in this world will surely experience stress in their life. No exception.

During school days exams will be a stress. During college days assignments and projects will be a stress. During work dealing with deadlines and difficult bosses will be a stress.

I have experienced all these stress.

In order to get out of the stress I follow any of these methods ...

1.Go out for a slow walk in fresh air if possible.
2.Listen to music like relaxing melodies or your favourite songs.
3.Write down your sweet memories when you are relaxed. And read them when you're stressed.
4.Look at your childhood photos.
5.Talk to your friends for few minutes.
6.Close your eyes and meditate for few minutes.

If you follow this stress will go away from you and you can live and work with full energy!
