Imperia Meditation Stool

I usually meditate on a low height stool called ‘Imperia’. I have been using this product for the past 5 years. I love it because its so comfortable for meditation.

The stool has a soft cushion layer on top which helps to evenly distribute my weight over the surface of the stool. Its supported on four legs tipped with rubber sockets to prevent any slippage during meditation.

And the height of the stool is just perfect. I can comfortably put my legs in a crossed fashion on the ground and my knees don’t even hurt.

Initially I had the feeling that the absence of a back rest would cause severe back pain. But then the cushion balances my weight and supports my spine perfectly.

I highly recommend this stool to people deeply involved in meditation. I think Imperia is a local brand. But just try to get something of a similar design and you'll be fine!
