It is important to fully immerse yourself in the moment and to let your body experience the joy of divine light that is flowing inside you as a result of Kundalini meditation. This is a relatively easy meditation technique for Kundalini meditation and with practice; you can become an expert in this. This procedure of Kundalini meditation has to be carried out many times before you can master the technique.
