Skeptical About Meditation

While I admit I was sceptical at first about the whole idea of meditation I gave it a shot after prompting from my girlfriend. I have to say that I am glad that I did. I always believed meditation was just something people did for martial arts. I never truly believed it would help me. But I was quickly proven wrong.

Meditation for Beginners

I wanted a book that wouldn't be too difficult because I already had enough stress - and didn't need more from a book that overcomplicated the whole process. So I went with Meditation a Beginner's Guide as the simple step by step guide looked easy to follow. And truthfully it was.

Changed My Life

The exercises were very simple to follow and actually kind of fun. After trying it for some time it has helped my stress levels and seemed to help my blood pressure a lot. I was able to relax more and enjoy my free time with my girlfriend seemed to have much more quality.

Only thing is I wish I found the book earlier as it's perfect for learning more about meditation. I've already recommended this book to some of my friends and will continue to do so as it is something that actually changed my life. Score 10/10
