Meditation for Beginners

When it comes to meditation I’m definitely a beginner. So I needed a book that could help walk me through the process. This book did just that.

It is so beautiful graphically. It’s also very thorough, but not to the point of being overwhelming. It makes meditation easy to understand and makes it sound like an exciting process.

I think this book is pretty extraordinary. It has helped me begin to meditate and feel confident in the fact that I’m doing it correctly. This book is so self-explanatory. It even goes into detail about chakras. Since reading this book I feel I have a deeper understanding of myself. I feel that it has enriched my daily life. I am much more at peace and feel a lot less stressed.

Meditation for Stress Relief

I’m going through a time in my life that had me overwhelmed by stress and since reading this book and practising meditation I’ve noticed a huge difference in the way that I feel.

I haven’t been meditating long but I continue to feel an improvement in my well being on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in giving meditation a try. It’s a good book to get the basics from to get you on your way to a more peaceful you.
