Mindful Meditation

Meditation became an important part of my life when I realized that I had acute social anxiety.

I would get nervous when in a crowded party, have trouble with public speaking, or constantly think that others were judging me negatively.

Mindfulness Reduced My Stress by 85%

I learned the value of deep breathing and concentration through mindfulness meditation. It is relaxing and has lowered my anxiety level by at least 85%, and I have only been doing it for about two years! I learned meditation from several people who visited or attended my college, and also at music festivals around the country.

What I like best about mindful meditation is the way that it causes my mind to function better even when I am not meditating! I am more and more aware of my daily life and how wonderful it is to be alive and experiencing all the things that the universe has to offer!

I would definitely recommend this type of meditation to beginners. It is based around letting go of your daily problems and emotions, and watching them drift past your calm center while you relax and just keep letting go.

Mindfulness Meditation Adventure

It takes discipline and practice to become a calmer, more centered person, but you will feel more healthy, self-empowered, and happy.

Life will become more than just a daily grind, but an adventure worth living!
