Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is my favorite type of meditation.

It's a Buddhist meditation that helps you feel calm - and an important tool in the path to enlightenment. It helps one gain awareness of the self and a higher consciousness. It helps complete one’s self.

And this isn't only my favorite type of meditation! It's widely practised and well accepted through out many societies.

Is Mindfulness Meditation Bogus?


There are many philosophical questions involved in meditation, and many people believe that this practice is perhaps bogus or inappropriate. But it should not matter what others think. It is about being comfortable and at peace with yourself. Through mindful meditation I have been able to reflect on my life and develop a sense of self completion and understanding.

There are many different types of mindfulness meditation - so it's important to find the practice that helps you feel complete - and helps you gain that higher understanding and consciousness. And it's also a good idea to spend as much time as is needed to make sure you are happy with yourself first. Then meditation is the best way to reflect and gain this self understanding.
