Breathing is something that is natural to human beings. Every living thing/human life has to breathe to survive. We breathe without realizing that we are doing it.
But breathing consciously and correctly has proven to be one of the best form of exercises to heal oneself physically and mentally.
Lately I have been under a lot of stress. I tried walking, but that did not stop my mind from concentrating on my troubles and looking for a solution. Then a month ago I started meditation. I just do the simple breathing exercise of breathing in and out. I am feeling so good about myself. My concentration power has increased. I am able to stay focused. My appetite has improved and I am feeling stronger.
It has helped me in identifying my inner strengths and weaknesses. I am now using my strengths to resolve my problems and overcome my weaknesses. Breathing exercise when done in a calm/quite serene and beautiful atmosphere can be very advantageous. My gastric problems have reduced. Digestion has improved and I am feeling more energetic.
I have at last found a way to relieve myself of stress and stressful feelings and emotions and make a myself a better person. I am now trying to get my husband and 3 year old son to do it as well.
