my favourite meditation

My favourtite meditation is the detached observation meditation in which i sit cross legged and don't do anything but watch my thoughts. I don't judge whether they are optimist or pessimist or whether I'm a positive or negative. I don't really do any thing but let it all to do whatever it does. I just watch it and let everything go.
