My Worst Life Stress

My worst life stress was when my fiancé got commitment phobia and then went on to dump me few weeks prior to our wedding.

I nearly died when he broke the news to me that morning. I had a difficult time dealing with it because primarily I thought it was my entire fault that I was not worth marrying.

I began to fret and had no idea what life would hold for me in future because I was beginning to distrust everything and everyone. I would cry every night before sleeping. Everyone used to say that no guy is worth my tears, but the worst part for me was that a person I felt so close had betrayed me.

How I Overcame My Life Stress

That was when I started meditation to find peace within myself. I used to find even brief meditation (around 20 minutes) highly relaxing helping me soothe my mind and body. I would highly recommend meditation to anyone who is going through a stressful period in their life. I also got a lot of support. My best friends and family members were there to see me through this horrible time.

Life since then has been great and I soon regained my confidence. Now I am happily in love with a kind, caring and loving man!
