Nadi Suddhi

Nadi Suddhi is my favorite meditation.
I learned Nadi Suddhi from a spiritual training center called Isha Yoga Meditation Center - established by Sathguru Jaggi Vasudev.
The practice is based on yogic science. It helps to cure back pain, neck pain, and in relaxation of the body. It also cures head ache within few minutes.
This is the most treasured thing I have learned. It also reduces greed for money, garments and jewels. Do not hesitate to learn this meditation because it has no defects!
Before I learned this meditation I was a meat eater. But afterwards I had no desire for non-vegetarian food. It also reduces my anger and gets rid of the worries in my life. I just don't seem to be bothered by anger or sorrows any more.
I definitely recommend this meditation. I think when it becomes a part of everyone's daily life the world will be happy.
Nadi Suddhi Around the WorldThis meditation will surely help the people to run their life in the happiest way. In India this meditation is well developed and many people practice it.. It is taught in many schools and colleges the government has also approved this meditation to teach in schools.
