Nature and Breathing Meditation

My favorite type of meditation is deep breathing and listening to nature sounds.
I like this type of meditation because it helps me clear my mind when I am overwhelmed with the daily pressures of life. It helps me to become calm, and help me to be more humble.
This meditation really helps when you have to deal with children. I learned this form of meditation from my Mother. She taught it to me so that I can be calm when I am under pressure.
I never have any problems using this type of meditation. The only thing you need is a dark, quiet room so that you can relax and focus on your breathing. I would recommend this to everyone. In my family my Mom, brother and myself use it.
