The book contained all the information that I need to know about meditation. From mental exercises to autosuggestions. The techniques are unique and scientific. One man can really sort out his life problems by following the book. You just need an active brain! Mental ExercisesQuantum Method uses mental exercises like autosuggestion. You tell yourself that you can do things that you think you can't. The "Fear No More" Chapter tells you how to cope with your fears. The book also contained detailed information about controlling emotions like anger, sadness etc. I had some mental problem (depression, anxiety). So I kept reading the book in the hope that it would help me. After doing autosuggestions and some of the other mental exercises for several days I started to feel better. After a month, I got control over my mind. There was only one really annoying problem with the book. They say every disease can be recovered by meditation. But that I think is impossible. Overall the book is awesome. Everyone has a brain but everyone doesn't have control over it, so learning it is very important for us all. I personally recommend the book to everyone. Especially those who want to make their life happy and healthy. So keep reading!
