The Book of Secrets

We need relaxation after a days tiresome work. When I'm stressed I turn to The Book of Secrets by Osho.

The book has five volumes in hard cover with 1152 pages filled with thousands of mind relaxing tit bits.

This sounds like a lot but once you start reading it's difficult to stop. There is so much information and so many techniques.

Techniques three and four which focus on the breath will be useful through out your life. Breath meditation, stop meditation, centering meditation, looking meditation, sound meditation and light meditation are the best meditation techniques in it. There are also exclusive meditations for women to feel the fine qualities of creativity permeating ther breasts.

Spiritual Meditation

The meditations in the book also satisfy our emotional side and help us to achieve spiritual fulfilment.

The verses I like most are "Enter Space, Supportless, Eternal and Still'. They give me a deep feeling of our oneness with God.

Who could deny the mystical trance in uttering those finest meditations? Another verse which entices my spirit is , 'Here is the sphere of Change, Change, Change. Through Change Consume Change'. Every thing changes in this materialistic world and there is no permanency except the spiritual realism to which we can seek our refuge.

There is no doubt you could attain this refuge by reading this book and following the techniques in it. You can reach what you want to - relief from pain, sorrow, stress and all the worldly distractions.
