Yoga Meditation

For me meditation is a personal and a spiritual experience. My Yoga Meditation TrainingIt came as a package together with counselling, breathing exercises and aerobic exercise. It has helped me in many ways. Before going to yoga class I was a regular smoker. And I had problems with anger which led to many problems in my life. It wouldn't take much for me to loose my temper. Just a few words in the wrong place or some insult. Sometimes the anger seemed to come from no where and burst out like a volcano. This caused me trouble at work and with my family. But after a few months of yoga I've given up smoking and am able to control my anger even if I'm in a critical situation. This is such a relief and a surprise to me. I had a few problems following the exercises at first. The counselling was also difficult in the beginning. But after a few weeks everything became very much ok for me. Now I think it would be a great loss for me to give up the Yoga classes. And I've seen small children and pensioners in the same Yoga hall as me. So Yoga is for every one -whatever your age. I think Yoga is wonderful. It's a great package of mind and body training that will make a person's mind full of positive thinking only. |
